There is a one-year warranty on the Osmo bases, iPad protective cases, and portable carrying cases only; game pieces are replaced free of charge, within reason, for the first 90 days. You may submit an online request for replacements.
If you'd like to request a replacement Osmo base, you may need to send us your broken base (base + reflector) first.
Miko 3 is covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty in case of manufacturing defects. We also offer one extra year of extended warranty with a Miko Max subscription, provided the local regulations are already not mandating additional duration of warranties. Please note that if you take Miko out of the country of purchase then we will only be able to offer tech support to troubleshoot. However, if Miko needs to be repaired or replaced it would only be possible once you return to the country of purchase. This restriction exists owing to high inter-country shipping costs.
Alternatively, if you need a repair or replacement while you are in a different country, you will have to bear the associated additional costs (shipping, customs, taxes).
